E.X.P.O.A.R.T.
We know and understand
the nature of us human beings! And we know you ask questions, well some of you
do and some of us do not. We have attempted to put together a few for you right
here! Please check back often because we are confident that someone will ask us
a question that we will add to the list! Thank you for your interest in our
community project!

What is E.X.P.O.A.R.T.? It
is a collaboration of people that have come together to create an open space
that will celebrate the artisans and makers from the heart of Mineral Wells and
surrounding areas in Palo Pinto County. It will be a day of sharing inspiration and igniting a spark in our community. It is a day of culture and an opportunity to hear the voice of God through the arts!
When is E.X.P.O.A.R.T.?

a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Why E.X.P.O.A.R.T.? We are providing a platform, a gathering, to bring artisans into
one place and in doing so we hope to ignite the hungry creatives to go for the
gold. This will be an interactive art
gallery (expo) that spurs hope, builds others up, and encourages all of us to
reach a little deeper! Art, no matter what form or style a message
of hope will be presented!
Where is E.X.P.O.A.R.T.? Well of Life Church
located in the Mineral Wells Chicken Express parking lot will be the location
of the first annual E.X.P.O.A.R.T. We are excited they are allowing us to use
their facilities!
Who Can Participate? You will find two different
applications on our web-page with more details!
How Old Do You Need To Be To Submit
An Application As One Of the Artisans? Any
age is welcome to apply; however if you are under the age of 18 you will need a
parent or legal guardian to sign for you too! We want the young artisans to
participate!
Who Can Attend? We welcome all - We have designed
this to be a great family outing!
Does it cost money? There
will not be any admission fees.
Is this a Vendor Show? No,
it is not! Due to limited space we have not set this up to be a place for you
to sell your art. We want to showcase your art and feature you as the artist!
Think of it as an art gallery that is featuring a select group of artisans for
a limited time only!
Will there be anything for sale? No
Can the Pre-Selected Artisans have
their business cards on display? Yes! We encourage you to
bring your business cards and display them. If you have a product brochure or
small flyer that works too! Anything with your name, phone number and webpage
is good!
How much room will each artisan be
given to display their craft? This question is on the
artisan application and you have the opportunity to tell us how much space your
craft would need!
Does the artisan need to be present
the day of the event? No, however you will still need to go
through the application process and sign a release form and you will be
responsible to have someone pick up your craft at the end of the show.
Can we take pictures? Yes!
We welcome you to do so; a few selfies with the artisans is always fun! When
you arrive at the E.X.P.O.A.R.T. you will be handed a treasure map and given a
few brief instructions and suggested guidelines. One of the most important items
to remember is that of “intellectual property.” All of the art you will see
will be the exclusive property of the artist themselves. You cannot take photos
and use them for your personal gain. Please help us to show great respect to
our artisans!
What about that Social Media Stuff? You will receive a treasure
map at the door when you enter. On your treasure map you will find the hashtags
we will be inviting you to share on our social media sites. You can find us on Instagram
and Facebook. Be sure and look for the special photo challenge if you love
taking pictures!
